[“M.”], Review of Rime improvvisate dal conte Dionisio Salamon, Zacintio
A review of a volume of improvised Italian poetry by the Greek poet Salamon (Dionysios Solomos, 1798-1857), whom the author knew and admired as a young man in Italy. While complimenting Salamon’s talent, the author expresses reservations about the art of improvisation.
